It is sturdy, pretty, and functional. It hangs two regular sized towels to dry. And holds folded towels at the top. It's quite handy. Putting it together was a snap. As a tip for hanging to the wall, trace the holes of this rack onto a large paper (like newspaper) and then center that paper onto the wall where you want to hang this rack. That way, you don't have to measure the distance from that hole to this hole and from that hole to that wall corner, yada yada. Just a quick tip.

The shelf arrived on time, however the box the shelf parts came in had been heavily retaped and cut. When I went through the parts list I discovered there was only four chrome rods instead of six. I emailed Amazon about the problem and they issued me a refund label so I could return the shelf. Of course, I would have to pay postage even though this was a Super Saver item when I made my purchase.
At this point I decided to contact Amazon Customer Service and explain the problem I had with recieving this item with missing parts and it was going to cost me even more money to ship it back. This made no sense to me as a frequent customer on Amazon.
In conclusion, after speaking with a very kind, Customer Service representitive, I was assured I would get a refund and I would not need to return the shelf with missing parts. I only wish I didn't have to have this problem with Warehouse Deal's, Inc. negligence in checking the product for all the parts before sending it in this manner.

The construction is alright. One bad thing to note is the mounting (8) screws remain visable once installation is complete. Looks kida cheap with all these screws. It would have been nice to have some sort of cover plate for the mounting areas.

I can only say that It looks great, is easy to put on, and a good quality item for a low price.... but mostly I say again that it looks great in the guest bathroom

Had the same rack at our old house and our new house needed a shelf so bought another one of these. It is perfect and sturdy. Easy to assemble and hang. Looks nice!
